Established in January 2000 to specialise in panel products for the sign and display industries, the stock range has now been expanded to carry some standard panel products for the construction industry and home handyman . In November 2008 Darryl, Sandy & Robyn took over the business from the original owner and in 2010 moved to our current address so that we could expand our stock lines.
Plywood & Plastics has developed a product called PolyPly® to enable Flat Bed Printing directly onto an inexpensive Exterior Grade plywood sheet. It is a high quality faced exterior plywood with a face of White U.V. Stabilized PVC epoxy resin bonded to the face.
The exterior grade ply we stock is also suitable for digital printing directly onto without the need for laminating prior to printing.
We are also an appointed Distributor for Polystrom Plastics in Bathurst NSW which are currently our prime source of supply for Flute - this is of particularly high quality with an almost smooth face and we are pleased to be associated with a local rather than overseas manufacturer for this material.
In order to fulfil the role as a "One Stop Shop" for the Sign Trade and Display Industry the range of products has grown to include: Plysign Raw Plywood, CD Plywood, Weathertex Signboard, Medium Density Fibreboard (MDF), PolyPly®, Structural Grade Plywood, Cast Acrylics, white and coloured Fluteboard (also known as corflute), Foam PVC and 3mm Composite Aluminium Panels.
In September 2010 we were appointed as the south eastern Sydney distributor for Alupanel Australia. We consider Alupanel to be a superior composite aluminium panel and the accompanying manufacturer's warranty speaks for itself. The range of skin thicknesses ensures that there is a wide range of prices.
We carry an extensive stock here at our Kirrawee warehouse and have access to a comprehensive range of suppliers and other products allowing us to fulfil most needs with our next day service into the market. Our website product listing is of the most popular items we stock but is by no means the whole range we offer.
We are certainly not the "biggest" or even "big" but we have time to look after you and like to believe our maintaining of long-standing customers is down to the personal service, competitive prices and quality products we supply.
